2. The REEL COMMUNITY

Fishaholics Anonymous is a community built on mutual respect for the water, the sport, and each other. By joining, you agree to:

• Treat fellow anglers with respect — no harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior
• Share catches honestly — we love a good story, but keep it real
• Follow all applicable fishing laws and regulations
• Practice catch and release when appropriate
• Respect the water and leave it cleaner than you found it

3. Membership & Captain Pricing

Membership is available on a subscription basis at the following tiers:

• Regular ($50/yr) — Monthly lure pack, Big Book content feed, tournament eligibility, community Telegram access
• VIP ($100/yr) — Everything in Regular plus rod & reel drawing, annual kayak giveaway, VIP-only merch
• Captain ($100/yr) — Designed for licensed fishing guides and charter captains. Includes everything in Regular and VIP plus featured listing in the Captains directory, priority booking referrals, captain-only gear discounts, and tournament captain leaderboard eligibility

By purchasing a membership, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Benefits are subject to availability.

4. User Content

By submitting photos, videos, or stories to the gallery or bot, you grant Fishaholics Anonymous a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the website and related platforms. You retain ownership of your content. We will credit you where possible.

You represent that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Tournament Participation

By entering a Fishaholics Anonymous tournament (including “The Silent Salute”), you agree to follow all tournament rules and guidelines, fish ethically and within all local regulations, release all catches unless otherwise specified, and accept that tournament decisions are final.

6. Intellectual Property

The Fishaholics Anonymous name, logo, Big Book content, and all original site materials are the intellectual property of Fishaholics Anonymous. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Affiliate Links

Our site may contain affiliate links to third-party products and services. We may earn a commission on purchases made through these links. This does not affect your purchase price. We only recommend products we use and trust.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Fishing is an inherently unpredictable activity — the fish might not bite, and that’s part of the deal.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fishaholics Anonymous shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost fishing trips, broken lines, or the one that got away.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any violation of these terms, at our sole discretion.
